We welcome thoughtful correspondence from readers, researchers, and rights holders. Whether you have noticed something amiss in a catalogue entry or wish to discuss a broader editorial question, the best way to reach us is by email.

When to Write
You may wish to contact us about any of the following:
- Metadata corrections — an incorrect title, author name, contributor, or publication detail.
- Category placement — a book that appears in a category where it does not belong, or that is missing from a relevant category. For example, a botanical work placed under history rather than flora.
- File or reader issues — a file that does not open, displays garbled text, fails to render on a particular device or browser, or behaves unexpectedly.
- Accessibility problems — difficulty using the site or reading a book with assistive technology, such as a screen reader or braille display.
- Privacy questions — inquiries about how we handle personal data, cookies, or reading activity.
- Copyright or rights concerns — if you believe a work in the catalogue is not in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you hold rights and wish to discuss a takedown or correction.
- General editorial observations — suggestions for new categories, improvements to reading guides, or thoughtful commentary on the collection.
What to Include
To help us address your report efficiently, please include as many of the following details as are relevant:
- The exact URL (web address) of the page where you encountered the issue.
- The full title of the ebook and, if known, the author or editor.
- The file format you used (ePub, PDF, Kindle, HTML, etc.).
- The device, operating system, and browser or reading application you were using.
- A clear description of the problem — what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- If your message concerns copyright or rights, please include any supporting information, such as your relationship to the work and the jurisdiction you are writing from.
Messages are checked as part of catalogue maintenance and appreciate the time you take to help us improve the catalogue. Please note that we cannot guarantee a personal response to every inquiry, but we do our best to acknowledge substantive reports.
